It is about 420,000pcs per month at average for our 6 factories, which allow us a stable lead-time and quality even in peak season.
+-How many employees work in your factory and what are their skill levels?
We have 800 staffs in local China factories and 1500 staffs at BD production sites. The average experience for them is about 13 years.
+-How do you conduct quality control checks during production?
We have a full set of process from inspecting materials to finished products. Please contact us for a video showing how we do it.
+-Do you have an in-house design department?
Yes, we do. Our designers have 15 years experience at average. They know well our client’s preference and do the research and design daily.
+-Are you capable of producing clothing according to custom designs or samples provided by us?
Yes, we can. We will send a copy sample for your checking first.
+-What is the usual lead-time for a new order?
It depends. It usually need 120 days as we need time to check the pattern, book the materials and make all kinds of sample before the bulk production. Please send your products for checking the real lead-time.
+-What is your MOQ?
We accept flexible MOQ.
+-Do you have any certifications related to quality management, environmental stewardship, or ethical labor practices?
Yes, we are certified by BSCI, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SMETA, OEKO-TEX and GRS.
+-Can you make sample for new development?
Yes,we can. We have a 15-people sample room to manager samples for development.
+-What pattern-making software does your factory use for production?
We usually use BOKE. If you want to send your pattern, it is better be DXF-AAMA format.
